I am here to help you heal.

I am a licensed counselor in Arizona and I love working with adults and high school aged teens from all walks of life. My specialties include anxiety, depression, the challenges of being a teenager/young adult, and healing from trauma. I am aware of the infinite identities varying by age, ethnicity, culture of origin, sexual origination, gender identity, religious affiliation, and more. I am a friend and ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and am dedicated to honoring every individual in the ways that make them unique and valuable and intentionally create a safe and accepting environment for all people.  I am EMDR trained and enjoy using this highly effective therapeutic technique to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives.
